About my open edition paper and canvas prints
Printing quality and assurance
The paper I use for my giclée fine art prints is made by well-known companies like Ilford, Archies, Hahnemühle and is around 300gsm weight. Inks used are archival quality and the prints are printed either by me in house or by one of the local fine art specialist printers based in Australia.
My canvas art prints are printed by a local fine art specialist printer using archival inks on museum quality canvas. Colours are accurately matched to the original painting and the prints are later coated to make them look like originals and add a layer of protection.
Certificate of Authenticity
Certificate of Authenticity is only provided with Limited edition prints and Original paintings. Unfortunately, I do not provide Certificate of Authenticity with Open edition prints.
Is framing included in the cost?
Framing is not included with this print by default. However if you would like, I can arrange it for you. Please contact me to discuss further.
Is this print ready to hang?
If you select fine art paper print, you will need to get it framed or mounted before it is ready to hang.
If you select rolled canvas ('I'll get my canvas stretched myself' option), you will need to get it stretched on timber stretchers or get it framed before you can hang it. If you select 'send it ready to hang' option, it will be posted to you stretched on timber stretcher bars and will have a string at the back ready to hang.
Shipping and packaging?
All prints are shipped either rolled in hard tube packaging or flat packed with sturdy support for safety. It's 'FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIAWIDE' on purchases over $99 (AUD) for items listed on this website.
