Shipping policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Shopify or PayPal containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

Fine Art and Photography Prints

Please note that most of the fine art and photography print products (except for greeting cards) on swapnilnevgi.com website are custom made to order and the lead time depends from item to item. We make sure that your order is placed with our local printers as soon as we receive it, however timeframe depends on the printer’s workload.

As a guide, some of the smaller sized prints are printed in our studio and will be shipped within 48 hours. However, larger sized paper prints and canvas prints can take up to one week as they are outsourced locally.

If you select to get your canvas print stretched and ready to hang, please add at least one more week for print to be ready and shipped. Further delays can occur depending on the lead time of the framers and printers at the given time.

Original Paintings

All original art will be shipped within 48 hours unless otherwise specified. Delivery details will be provided once the goods are shipped and time of delivery will be as specified by the courier company at the time of the shipment.

International Deliveries

Yes, we do international deliveries. Delivery times will depend on the country of residence.

Please note: Any import duties and customs charges are not included in our shipping price and are payable by you. It is your responsibility to research if there are any import charges into your country.

General Shipping Guidelines

As a general guideline all Australia wide delivery should be received within 2 - 14 working days after items have been posted. Remote Australian areas might take longer, sometimes up to 25 working days.

International deliveries postage timing will vary widely depending on the actual destination. As an approximation it can take anywhere between 7 - 14 working days for delivery after posting of goods.
