He has the bearing of something that has never once been asked to justify itself. Neck curved, eye steady, light moving across him in a way that makes a wall feel taller than it is. Horse people know this look. Everyone else simply responds to it and cannot quite say why.
We have been keeping company with horses for six thousand years, longer than almost anything else we have chosen to live alongside, and the bond has never entirely become ordinary. There is still something in a horse's attention that feels like being assessed by an equal.
The original oil painting is a significant one of a kind work and only one household will own it. This Horse Wall Art print carries the same presence, and it is the piece people most often buy to mark something. A milestone, a first horse, a retirement from the saddle.
Archival fine art paper, and nothing produced before somebody asks for it. The smaller and medium sizes are printed here in Brisbane, and the largest by a specialist fine art printer whose press takes wider sheets than mine. Each Horse Wall Art print is matched to the original first.
